A reference library for gas and oil heating engineers, the software is an organised viewing program for pdf and
web based file’s, although it could be utilised for any form of documents.
Using a database to organise and categorise the supplied contents, which are included free of charge.
You are able to quickly locate any of the supplied content, which enable you to view, zoom in or out to each particular page or even print out the contents.
Manufacturers installation and user guides give technical information as well as some parts lists, diagrams and fault finding guides, although this is not as extensive as we would like.
The alternative is to have all the necessary information in paper form, if you are to obtain them in the first place. There is also the partsarena dvd which is available at £195 plus vat (for a minimum three year subscription) This is an extensive list but is just part numbers and some exploded diagrams and is aimed mainly at larger companies employing service engineers and is mainly for the identification of parts as well as some but very little technical info.
Then you have our collection of installation and user guides, which gives all the information the manufacturers intended engineers to require, technical data for setting up and adjusting the appliances, plus some diagrams and parts list, although these are generally the main components.
Fault finding guides are supplied in the majority of installation manuals.
We also include some individual manufacturers fault finding training guides, some exploded diagrams and parts list.
Included also are links to manufacturers website (where available and also their contact telephone number.)
Items listed are up to date at the time of the release and there will always be someone that will say they do not contain the latest information, for this scenario we host subscription websites whereby you can always download the latest release’s, but we find that the majority of the information you will require will be from the older manuals, as seven years seems to be the average age where appliances start failing.
Not all the manuals were produced in electronic format and you will find some manuals are actually photocopied and the quality is not as good as the electronic form, we have no control over the content and they are supplied as is.
Manuals are included for domestic and commercial appliances, gas, lpg, oil and multifuel appliances, high pressure water cylinders and heating controls.
We hope to have the largest collection available and are continually sourcing new material.
